These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) form a legally binding contract between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”) and My Million Dollar Funnels Pty Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”) operated via Rewardful.
By joining the Program, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
Program: The affiliate partnership operated via Rewardful on behalf of My Million Dollar Funnels Pty Ltd.
Referral: A valid new customer who signs up via your affiliate link or coupon and completes a qualifying purchase.
Commission: The percentage earned on qualifying referrals as stated in your affiliate dashboard.
Payout: The transfer of earned commissions to the Affiliate, subject to terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program and legally eligible to receive payments in your country of residence.
You will earn 30% commission on qualifying purchases made by referred users.
Commissions apply only to successful, non-refunded, non-disputed transactions.
Payouts are processed via the method selected in your affiliate profile (e.g., PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer if applicable).
Payouts will be issued within the first five (5) business days of every calendar month, for commissions that are eligible and not under review or dispute.
Minimum payout threshold may apply (e.g., $20 AUD).
You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are correct and current.
If a referred customer cancels, is refunded, or initiates a chargeback, any previously paid commission may be deducted from future payouts.
You agree not to:
Use false or misleading claims to promote the Platform.
Use spam, bots, or black-hat traffic to drive referrals.
Bid on the Company’s brand terms in search engines or impersonate the brand.
Misrepresent your relationship with the Company.
Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use approved logos, banners, and links provided via the affiliate dashboard solely for promotional purposes. You may not alter or misrepresent our branding.
Participation in the Program does not guarantee earnings. Your results depend on your own effort, audience, and traffic quality.
We reserve the right to remove you from the Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or damage to our reputation.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the last 30 days.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and all disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our affiliate page or sent via email. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of those changes.
